After a much too quick Summer time, the Fall is now upon us at The Village at Cleveland Springs. We have had so much activity and so much to celebrate and we wanted to take a few moments to keep all of our wonderful homeowners updated on the happenings within the community.
Lauren held a fun cookout for all of our homeowners earlier in the season. It was nice to see so many faces and everyone really enjoyed having the opportunity to meet their neighbors- some for the first time! Everyone really seemed to enjoy themselves.
In mid- August, we introduced our first Summer Carnival to the community and the entire area as we took time to appreciate all of our “Hometown Heroes”, including the Cleveland Fire Dept, EMS, Johnston County Sherriff’s Dept, the State Troopers and the local teachers within our community. Terramor Homes has committed to donating $100 from each home that sells within the community toward a combination of the ‘Feed the Firemen Fund’ and the ‘West View Elementary School’. We look forward to making the Carnival an annual event and hope it gets bigger and better each year! We thank each of you, and all of our volunteers who helped support our cause that day!
Our community entrance has transformed beautifully with gorgeous landscaping and entrance monuments while our community pool is nearing completion and will be ready for the hot summer weather opening next Memorial Day! The playground and play areas are planned for completion sometime late fall and will surely be welcomed by all the families within our neighborhood!
We are also excited to introduce the ground-breaking of our new townhomes. Several of the homes have sold prior to commencement, the plans are wonderfully designed and we expect them to be a huge success! We have also introduced 2 new single family home plans within our mix, as well as have introduced an additional interior feature level for our single family homes. One of the great advantages of being a private, local builder is that we have the ability to quickly adjust and change as the demand and market conditions change around us. This constant research and adaptation will continue to occur throughout the time that we build through the 416 homes in this community and will ultimately allow more variety in size, look and price… and a more attractive and appealing community overall.
Our goal as the builder of this beautiful community, as well as those who have developed the community, is to make it a success for everyone involved. As a homeowner, your continued support and referrals are not only appreciated, but play an important role… and truly make all the difference in the long term quality and value of the community in the long term. Certainly the housing market has its struggles right now, and many other builders and developers have scaled back or have even ceased construction of their amenities and homes. But we will continue to move forward toward everyone’s goal- to continue the success of this community!
