At Terramor Homes, we know that giving back to the local Community is the most valuable and significant mark we leave to show our appreciation. We chose to give back to schools and teachers, as well as the fire and rescue teams and military that truly makes up a core group of local “Heroes!” We contribute a portion of every closing on every home toward these charities. We are proud to show our support and appreciation of these important heroes at our Hometown Heroes Festival.
On Saturday, August 7, 2010, Terramor Homes, along with multiple sponsors will be celebrating the service of our local Hometown Heroes that are helping make our Communities a safer place to live!
Come out and support this great cause and enjoy a day full of great family activities! This year we are changing things up a bit and adding even more fun and exciting activities and entertainment! Enjoy a Morning Family Fun Race, Chili N’ Wing Challenge, Corn Hole Tournament, Hotdogs and Hamburgers from Barry’s Café, live entertainment; for the kids: bounce houses, train rides, games, face painting, balloon artists and much more! So don’t miss the 3rd Annual Hometown Heroes Festival.

Terramor Homes has always valued the importance of local Heroes and has consistently given back to the Community through Charitable donations to a variety of causes.
For every Terramor Home sold, A donation of $100 is split among the following organizations:
  
Additionally, we have launched a special program spotlighting all Hometown Heroes, where All Closing Costs will be paid by Terramor Homes on the purchase of a home at any Terramor Homes Community.
